Return Process

  Place the unused skates or equipment in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective gear is included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
