How do I choose the right skate size?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our specific brand size charts. Generally, skates should fit snugly without pinching, often requiring one size larger than your standard shoe size.
What is your return policy on used skates?
To be eligible for a full refund, skates must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging. We cannot accept returns on skates that have been used outdoors or show wheel wear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need to get rolling sooner.
Do you offer a warranty on skate components?
Yes, all our skates come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in boots, frames, and buckles. Please note that normal wear and tear on wheels and bearings is not covered.
Can I customize my wheel and bearing setup?
Absolutely. While our skates come with a factory setup, we sell a wide variety of aftermarket wheels and ceramic or steel bearings to help you customize your ride for speed or grip.
