To attain the best-fitting pads, we recommend that you measure the circumference around 2-3 cm above the elbow. Based on your measurements you can acquire the size that you will need:
- Small: 20 - 24cm (7.87 - 9.44")
- Medium: 22 - 25cm (8.66 - 9.84")
- Large: 24 - 26cm (9.44 - 10.23")
Be sure that your limb is relaxed whilst measuring. This will allow you to get the most accurate reading.
